La présente invention consiste en un tamiseur mobile combiné qui permet de classifier du matériel en vrac, pouvant contenir des intrants de grandes dimensions, en trois granulométries différentes et à un débit de production important. Le processus de tamisage est séparé en deux étapes distinctes. Le tamisage primaire est d'abord effectué à l'aide d'un tamis vibrant placé directement au-dessus de la réserve de matériel. L'écoulement du matériel sur le tamis vibrant se fait dans la direction opposée à l'écoulement dans la réserve, ce qui permet d'obtenir une plus grande longueur de tamis.
