This invention provides a combusting snow burner for directly combusting and melting snow or ice on the pathway or the like. A flexible hose links a propane tank and an adjustable valve, which is in a cartridge, a pipe connects with cartridge and burner head. The burner head jets the flames to melt snow or ice, a grid distribution of windproof element put on the flames outlet therein inside burner head, and keeps flames firing from wind. The hose, cartridge, pipe and burner head are portable to cover a desired melting snow or ice area. This invention may be used with a grill propane tank as heating source.
