Apparatus is provided herein for receiving crank case emissions from an internal combustion engine and chemically altering the vapor portions of the emissions back into usable volatile gasses to be used as fuel. The apparatus includes housing, an inlet which is connected to a crank case vent to take in crank case emissions, and outlet which is connected to intake manifold which is connected to combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. Catalyst materials are positioned in housing between inlet and outlet in such a way as to create a catalyst reaction. These crankcase gases, essentially made up of long chain hydrocarbons, are chemically altered by passing through this catalyst and emerged as a completely changed hydrocarbon, This new hydrocarbon compound once re-introduced into the combustion chamber of engine has the ability to stabilize combustion of the fuel allowing a more complete stable explosion, enhancing engine performance and creating cleaner emissions.
