The comestible fluid dispensing system (10) of the present invention preferably employs a pump (12) or valve operable to control movement of comestible fluid from a comestible fluid source to a tap (16) provided with a draw-back valve (48). The draw-back valve is preferably capable of drawing comestible fluid in an upstream direction in the tap during closure of the draw-back valve. Preferably, suction generated by closure of the draw-back valve is employed for one or more purposes including: to remove comestible fluid dangling from the tap, to draw comestible fluid into the tap away from view and from exposure to the environment, to reduce comestible fluid buildup on and near the tap outlet (36), to enclose or at least partially enclose comestible fluid downstream of the draw-back valve, and to operate a downstream cutoff valve in the tap. A damper (42) is employed in some embodiments to control valve movement.
La présente invention concerne un système de distribution de fluide comestible (10) utilisant de préférence une pompe (12) ou une valve permettant de réguler le mouvement d'un fluide comestible entre une source de fluide comestible et un robinet (16) muni d'une valve de renvoi (48). De préférence, cette valve de renvoi peut renvoyer le fluide comestible vers l'amont dans le robinet lorsqu'elle est fermée. De préférence, l'aspiration produite par fermeture de la valve de renvoi peut revêtir une ou plusieurs fonctions. Elle permet notamment d'enlever le fluide comestible pendant au niveau du robinet, de renvoyer le fluide comestible dans le robinet de façon à éviter une exposition à la vue et au milieu ambiant, de limiter l'accumulation de fluide comestible au niveau et au voisinage de la sortie du robinet (36), d'enceindre complètement ou partiellement l'écoulement aval de fluide comestible de la valve de renvoi, et de mettre en oeuvre une valve d'arrêt dans ledit robinet. Dans certains modes de réalisation, on utilise un clapet (42) pour réguler le mouvement de la valve.
