Akitchenware washing assembly (100) can include at least one wall (122) defining at least a portion of a tank (102) for holding fluid for washing kitchenware. The kitchenware washing assembly (100) can also include at least on pump (104) and at least on chamber (146) in fluid communication with the tank (102). The kitchenware washer assembly (100) can be formed such that at least part of the chamber (146) is formed unitary with the wall (122) of the tank (102). The kitchenware washing assembly (100) may include a control system (212) with a consolidated removable control module (214) having electronic components (214, 218, 220) for substantially controlling at least one operation of the washing assembly (100). The kitchenware washing assembly (100) may include at least on intake cover (150) for separating an intake chamber (134) from the tank (102), and having inlets (152) and at least one projection (154) that extends into the tank (102). And outlet chamber (146) and/or intake chamber (134) can be configured to have positive drainage from the chamber (134, 146) into the tank. One or more detachable out covers (160, 162) may be configured to cover an outlet chamber (146), and have outlets (108) for directing fluid into the tank (102). Aheater (416, 420) may be releasably secured within the tank ( 102) by at least one securing device (250) having a releasing portion that allows the securing device to be released solely from within the tank.
