In regular thermometers whether they are electronic thermometers or liquid basedthermometers the temperature read out is always visual. In this invention, which is a thermometer designed for people who are blind and/or blind and deaf. The temperature is verbally communicated (39) to the person using the thermometer. In addition to having the temperature being verbally communicated, our invention also outputs the resulting temperature on tactile Braille pads (5) so a blind person can skim the pads with their finger and know the temperature of their body or an external environmental temperature. Our invention will prove be very useful because it will help people who have no way of reading a standard thermometer to know what the temperature of their bodies or other objects is. This invention entitled Communicating Thermometer belongs in microprocessor electronics field.
