An object is to improve data transmission efficiency and surely perform a QoS control. In order to attain the object, a space area assignment section (121) preferentially assigns an area which can be assigned without dividing one RLC-SDU among the space areas of MAC-PDU to the RLC-SDU as the assigned area. An RLC-PDU generation section (124) adds a header of a proper RLC layer to the RLC-SDU outputted from an RLC-SDU buffer section (122) or a retransmission buffer section (123) and generates an RLC-PDU. A wireless resource information acquisition section (131) outputs space area information to the space area assignment section (121) of an RLC process unit that has the highest priority among the RLC process units to which notification of the space area information of the MAC-PDU is not delivered. A MAC-PDU generation section (132) multiplexes the RLC-PDUs according to the assigned area indicated in the notification from the space area assignment section (121) of each of the RLC process units (120-1 to 120- n).
Un objectif de l'invention est d'améliorer l'efficacité de transmission de données et d'effectuer de façon sûre une gestion de qualité de service (QoS). Pour atteindre l'objectif, une section d'attribution de zone d'espace (121) attribue préférentiellement une zone qui peut être attribuée sans diviser une RLC-SDU parmi les zones d'espace de MAC-PDU à la RLC-SDU en tant que zone attribuée. Une section de génération de RLC-PDU (124) ajoute un en-tête d'une couche RLC appropriée à la RLC-SDU délivrée par une section de tampon de RLC-SDU (122) ou une section de tampon de retransmission (123) et génère une RLC-PDU. Une section d'acquisition d'informations de ressource sans fil (131) fournit des informations de zone d'espace à la section d'attribution de zone d'espace (121) d'une unité de traitement RLC qui a la priorité la plus élevée parmi les unités de traitement RLC auxquelles une notification des informations de zone d'espace de la MAC-PDU n'a pas été distribuée. Une section de génération de MAC-PDU (132) multiplexe les RLC-PDU selon la zone attribuée indiquée dans la notification provenant de la section d'attribution de zone d'espace (121) de chacune des unités de traitement RLC (120-1 à 120-n).
