A communication conference system capable of interconnecting a user having only connecting means through a telephone line network and a user having only IP connecting means without needing any expensive dedicated conference server. A speech conference apparatus (1) comprises a network processing section for transmitting/receiving speech information to/from another apparatus through the IP and terminals for inputting/receiving a speech signal. The speech conference apparatus (1) is connected to the receiver terminal of a telephone set (3) through an adaptor (2) for converting the standards (mainly the level) of the speech signal. The speech conference apparatus (1) is connected to another speech conference apparatus through the IP and connected to another telephone set through a telephone set (3) and a telephone line. With this, the user of the IP connection destination and the user of the telephone line connection destination are interconnected.
L'invention concerne un système de conférence de communication pouvant interconnecter un utilisateur ne disposant que d'un réseau de lignes téléphoniques comme moyen de connexion et un utilisateur ne disposant que d'un moyen de connexion IP, sans nécessiter de serveur de conférence dédié et coûteux. L'appareil de conférence vocale (1) comprend une section de traitement de réseau pour recevoir/émettre des informations vocales de/vers un autre appareil par IP et de terminaux pour introduire/recevoir un signal vocal. L'appareil de conférence vocale (1) est connecté au terminal récepteur d'un combiné téléphonique (3) par un adaptateur (2) pour convertir les standard (principalement le niveau) du signal vocal. L'appareil de conférence vocale (1) est connecté par IP à un autre appareil de conférence vocale et connecté à un autre combiné téléphonique par un combiné téléphonique (3) et une ligne téléphonique. Grâce à cela, l'utilisateur de la destination de connexion IP et l'utilisateur de la destination de connexion par ligne téléphonique sont interconnectés.
