This system includes a main station (MS) and a plurality of substations (SX/SZ) which include each a transceiver and are all connected in parallel to first (UL) and second (DL) unidirectional links on which recurrent first and second cells of fixed length are transmitted in opposite direction. Each of these cells contains a plurality of signalling channels smaller than the number of substations. When a substation has to transmit data it starts an allocation procedure wherein the substation cooperates with the main station and by which a channel is allocated to it. Afterwards prior to transmitting the data the substation transmits a request signal in the allocated channel and starts transmission after having received from the main station a grant signal in the homologous signalling channel of a second cell. De-allocation of a channel occurs as soon as the latter is no longer needed.

L'invention est un système comportant une station principale (MS) et une pluralité de sous-stations (SX/SZ) contenant chacune un émetteur-récepteur et toutes connectées en parallèle à une première (UL) et à une seconde (DL) liaison unidirectionnelle sur lesquelles une première et une seconde cellule récurrente de longueur fixe sont transmises en directions opposées. Chacune de ces cellules contient une pluralité de canaux de signalisation en nombre moins élevé que le nombre des sous-stations. Quand une sous-station doit transmettre des données, elle lance une procédure d'attribution à laquelle elle coopère avec la station principale et en vertu de laquelle un canal lui est attribué. Par la suite, avant la transmission des données, la sous-station transmet un signal de demande dans le canal attribué et commence la transmission des données après avoir reçu de la station principale un signal d'autorisation dans le canal de signalisation homologue d'une seconde cellule. L'annulation de l'attribution d'un canal se produit dès que ce canal n'est plus nécessaire.
