A communication terminal decreases its transmission power only when it receives controls to decrease the transmission power from all the base stations in communicating with the terminal, and does not decrease its transmission power otherwise. The communication terminal stores therein the past transmission power control information from the base stations in communication. If power increase control is continuous, the terminal follows the transmission power control information from another base station; in contrast if the power increase control is discontinuous, it decreases its transmission power when it is under the controls of transmission power decrease from all the base stations in communication with it and it does not when information on transmission power decrease is not all.
Un terminal de communication ne diminue sa puissance d'émission que s'il reçoit de la part de toutes les stations de base avec lesquelles il communique un ordre lui intimant de réduire sa puissance d'émission. Sinon, ce terminal ne baisse pas sa puissance d'émission. Ce terminal de communication mémorise les précédentes informations relatives à la régulation de la puissance d'émission, transmises par les stations de base avec lesquelles il communique. Si la régulation de la hausse de la puissance est continue, ce terminal se conforme aux informations relatives à la régulation de la puissance d'émission provenant d'une autre station de base; à l'inverse, si cette régulation de la hausse de la puissance n'est pas continue, ledit terminal réduit sa puissance d'émission lorsque toutes les stations de base avec lesquelles il communique lui intiment l'ordre de baisser sa puissance d'émission. Ce terminal ne réduit toutefois pas sa puissance d'émission si les informations relatives à la baisse de sa puissance d'émission ne sont pas au complet.
