Disclosed is a communications control device for communications processes which arrive at a terminal arrangement for a telephony over internet protocol. The communications control device contains a device which compares a received code of the calling user to input data of a communications partner data file of the called user when a call is coming in. Said device initiates a treatment of the incoming call, whereby said treatment is stored in the data file. The device initiates a treatment of the incoming call when the calling user is not recognised as being contained in the communications partner data file, whereby said treatment is provided for such a case.

L'invention concerne une commande de communication pour processus de communication exécutés dans un ensemble terminal pour la téléphonie par protocole Internet. La commande de communication comprend un dispositif qui, lors de chaque appel entrant, compare une identification de l'abonné appelant reçue avec les données entrées dans un fichier de partenaires de communication de l'abonné appelé, qui déclenche un traitement, mémorisé dans ce fichier, de l'abonné appelant, et qui, si l'abonné appelant n'est pas reconnu comme étant contenu dans le fichier de partenaires de communication, déclenche un traitement, prévu pour ce cas, de l'appel entrant.
