A storage unit for compact disks that is associated with the outer shell of a computer (hereinafter referred to as a chassis), which it wraps around like a "horse and saddle" assembly. The storage unit, like a saddle, consist of two separate pouches (7), each pouch has small pockets or compartments which conform to the size of any CD. When the storage unit is mounted on the computer chassis the two pouches lay flat against the broad sides of any tower style computer chassis figure 3 (tower style chassis are now the most popular computer cases). To keep each pouch of the storage unit firmly secured to each side of the chassis, two pieces of hard narrow rods (10) are placed in the top and bottom edges of each pouch of the storage unit figure 4. These rods will act like the backbones of the invention. The storage unit will be capable of displaying a plurality of CDs and their artwork when they are placed in the storage unit. In essence the storage unit uses the huge surface area of the sides of the computer chassis, which is otherwise not utilized by any present storage cases. Most of the storage unit can be made from any soft non- scratch material. Each pouch is created by placing one after the other, designed segments (1a), (1b), (1c) and (1d) atop each other in an alternate manner starting with (1a) figure 4 which will create the compartments as seen in figure 5.
