COMPACT, LIGHT WEIGHT, RUGGED TREE FALLING HEAD Abstract of the Disclosure A tree falling head having a mast with front, rear, left and right sides. A girdle encircles the mast and is pivot- ally connected to a central portion of the mast. A tree grappl- ing means is coupled to and protrudes through the girdle. A tilt means is coupled between the mast and the girdle for tilting the girdle and the tree grappling means towards the mast's left or right sides respectively.
