The invention relates to a service module (7) comprising (i) a frame which is fixed to a carriage and (ii) a turret (9) which is mounted to the frame such that it can pivot around a vertical axis and which is equipped with: a set of tools including a tapper (11), a tipping bucket (12), an anode clamp (13), and a chute (15) which is provided with a retractable conduit (16); and a cabin (18) comprising controls which are used to manoeuvre the module and the aforementioned tools and a driver's cab (19). According to the invention, two planes which are perpendicular to one another and to the plane of the turret (9) and which intersect at the axis are used as reference planes. The tipping bucket and the anode clamp are located on the opposite side of a plane in relation to the driver's cab (19). Moreover, the tapper (11) and the retractable conduit (16) are disposed between the driver's cab (19) and the row formed by the tipping bucket (12) and the anode clamp (13).

Deux plans qui sont perpendiculaires l'un à l'autre et au plan de la tourelle et se croisent sur l'axe servent de référence. La pelle à godets et la pince à anodes sont situés du côté opposé d~un plan par rapport au poste de conduite (19), et le piqueur (11) et ledit conduit escamotable (16) sont disposés entre le poste de conduite (19) et la rangée formée par la pelle à godets (12) et la pince à anodes (13).
