The present invention relates to an improved vibration cancellation device (10) designed to overcome many of the shortcomings inherent in prior devices. In many embodiments, the vibration cancellation device (10) is smaller in scale than prior designs, facilitating more versatility with respect to design options. The device of the present invention achieves a smaller size partly due to the use of suspension springs (32) having an offset, rather than a parallel arrangement.

L'invention concerne un dispositif amélioré de suppression de vibrations conçu pour pallier plusieurs faiblesses inhérentes aux dispositifs de l'art antérieur. Dans plusieurs modes de réalisation, ledit dispositif de suppression de vibration présente une taille plus petite que les celle des dispositifs de l'art antérieur, favorisant ainsi une plus grande polyvalence par rapport aux options de conception. Selon l'invention, ledit dispositif présente une plus petite taille qui est due, en partie, à l'utilisation de ressorts de suspension décalés au lieu d'être disposés de manière parallèle.
