A compartmentalized cell culture bag (10) comprising a cell culture compartment (40) defined by a lower gas permeable film (120) and an upper membrane (20) selectively permeable to compounds of selected sizes. Culture medium (50) resides between the upper membrane (20) and the lower gas permeable film (120). A basal medium compartment (30) is located above the upper membrane (20) and allows basal medium (60) to reside upon the upper membrane (20). Each compartment contains an access port (70, 90). A gas film support (130) below and in partial contact with the gas permeable film (120) holds the gas permeable film (120) in a substantially horizontal position so that suspension or adherent cells can distribute across the surface of the gas permeable film (120).

Cette invention concerne une poche à compartiments (10) pour la culture de cellules, laquelle comprend un compartiment de culture (40) des cellules défini par un film inférieur perméable aux gaz (120) et par une membrane supérieure (20) perméable de manière sélective à des composés de tailles prédéterminées.
