A compass-cutter for cutting an object in circular configuration is provided with a first leg, a second leg, a lateral bar and a manipulate portion. The first leg carries a needle defining a rotation center. The second leg carries a blade in a plane parallel to a longitudinal axis of the needle. The lateral bar supports the first leg and the second leg so that an interval length therebetween can be slidably adjusted. The manipulate portion is slidably supported on the lateral bar between the first leg and the second leg.
