ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention provides a compatibilized polymer composition comprising a blend of about 1-99 parts by weight of an olefin polymer comprising amorphous or crystalline essentially saturated homopolymers or copolymers of C2-C8 alpha monoolefins, about 99-1 parts by weight of cured acidic acrylic ester copolymer rubber containing about 0.1-25 mole percent of carboxylic acid; and at least about 0.1 weight percent of a graft copolymer comprising at least one olefin polymer compatibilizing segment derived from an olefin polymer selected from the group consisting of amorphous or crystalline essentially saturated homopolymers or copolymers of C2-C8 alpha monoolefins, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, and polyalkenamer and at least one acidic acrylic ester copolymer rubber compatibilizing segment derived from a polymer selected from the group consisting of epichlorohydrin polymer, nitrile rubber, urethane polymer, vinyl chloride polymer, polyamide, polyamine, acrylic polymer, polyester, and acidic acrylic ester copolymer rubber. The blends of this invention can be used to form a variety of molded, extruded, or calendered articles.
