The present invention relates to a complete drying method for hydrogels, whereby the following steps are carried out successively: a) the hydrogels are contact dried or dried by convection, b) the hydrogels are pre-crushed, c) the pre-crushed hydrogels are ground by means of a coarse crushing mill or a crushing roller mill, d) the damp elastic hydrogel particles are separated, e) the damp elastic hydrogel particles are finally dried.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour le séchage complet d'hydrogels, selon lequel on exécute successivement les opérations suivantes: a) séchage des hydrogels par contact ou par convection, b) prébroyage de l'hydrogel, c) broyage de l'hydrogel prébroyé, au moyen d'un système de concassage grossier ou d'un broyeur à cylindres, d) séparation des particules d'hydrogel élastiques humides, e) séchage final des particules d'hydrogel élastiques humides.
