The invention relates to a complex consisting of a polysaccharide and an HPB, said polysaccharide consisting of (1,6), (1,4), (1,3), and/or (1,2) glycosidic bonds and functionalized by at least one salifiable or salified tryptophan derivative. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition including a complex according to the invention and to the use of a polysaccharide, consisting of (1,6), (1,4), (1,3), and/or (1,2) glycosidic bonds and functionalized by at least one salifiable or salified tryptophan derivative, to prepare a pharmaceutical formulation of stable HPBs.
L'invention concerne un complexe constitué d'un polysaccharide et d'une HBP, ledit polysaccharide étant constitué de liaisons glycosidiques de type (1,6), et/ou (1,4), et/ou (1,3) et/ou (1,2) et fonctionnalisé par au moins un dérivé du tryptophane salifiable ou salifié. Elle concerne également une composition pharmaceutique comprenant un complexe selon l'invention et l'utilisation d'un polysaccharide constitué de liaisons glycosidiques de type (1,6), et/ou (1,4), et/ou (1,3) et/ou (1,2) et fonctionnalisé par au moins un dérivé du tryptophane salifiable ou salifié pour la préparation d'une formulation pharmaceutique de HBPs stables.
