Methods and compositions are provided for forming complexes intracellularly between dsDNA and oligomers of heterocycles, aliphatic amino acids, particularly omega-amino acids, and a polar end group. By appropriate choice of target sequences and composition of the oligomers, complexes are obtained with low dissociation constants. The formation of complexes can be used for modifying the phenotype of cells, either prokaryotic or eukaryotic, for research and therapy.
L'invention concerne des procédés et des compositions permettant de former des complexes de manière intracellulaire entre un ADN à double brin et des oligomères d'hétérocycles, des acides aminés aliphatiques, plus particulièrement des acides oméga-aminés, et un groupe terminal polaire. En sélectionnant de manière adéquate des séquences cibles et une composition d'oligomères, on obtient des complexes avec de faibles constantes de dissociation. La formation de complexes peut être utilisée pour modifier le phénotype de cellules, soit procaryotes soit eucaryotes, à des fins de recherche et thérapeutiques.
