The present invention provides a complex support, the said complex support is spherical particle obtained by contacting magnesium halide with one and more electron donors compound to form solution, mixing the said solution with silica having mean particle diameter less than 10 ~m and spray drying. The present invention also provides a catalyst component produced with the said complex support. The said catalyst component and co-catalyst together show high polymerization activity and stereospecificity when used for propylene polymerization, and can be used for producing high impact ethylene propylene copolymer with high ethylene content.
La présente invention se rapporte à un support complexe qui est une particule sphérique obtenue par contact d'halogénure de magnésium avec un ou plusieurs composés donneurs d'électrons aux fins de l'obtention d'une solution, par mélange de ladite solution avec de la silice ayant un calibre moyen inférieur à 10 µm et par séchage par pulvérisation. La présente invention se rapporte également à un composant de catalyseur produit avec ledit support complexe. Ledit composant de catalyseur et le cocatalyseur présentent ensemble une forte activité de polymérisation et une forte stéréospécificité lorsqu'ils servent à la polymérisation du propylène, et ils peuvent être utilisés pour la production d'un copolymère éthylène/propylène à grande résistance ayant une forte teneur en éthylène.
