The invention relates to a cell comprising an exogenous capture moiety on its cell surface, wherein said capture moiety is capable of supporting the attachment of an HLA molecule thereto. In another aspect the invention relates to a cell comprising a capture moiety on its cell surface, and an HLA molecule, wherein said HLA molecule is attached to said cell by means of said capture moiety. Preferably the capture moiety is exogenous, preferably heterologous, preferably it is CD20. The invention also relates to assays using said cells, and to methods for attaching HLA to them.

L'invention concerne une cellule présentant sur sa surface un groupe caractéristique de capture exogène, ledit groupe caractéristique de capture étant capable de supporter l'attachement d'une molécule HLA. Dans un autre aspect, cette invention a pour objet une cellule présentant sur sa surface un groupe caractéristique de capture, et une molécule HLA, ladite molécule HLA étant rattachée à la cellule au moyen dudit groupe caractéristique de capture. De préférence, le groupe caractéristique de capture est exogène, de préférence, hétérologue, idéalement, CD20. Ladite invention a également trait à des dosages utilisant ces cellules et à des méthodes d'attachement de HLA auxdites cellules.
