A press-on/pry-off closure (11) includes a separately formed circular end panel (12), preferably composed of metal, and a surrounding nm (13) composed of a flexible plastic, preferably a thermoplastic polyolefin. The end panel (12) is top-side inserted into the rim and secured between a radially inwardly extending ledge (32) on an interior sidewall of a skirt portion of the rim and a plurality of radially inwardly extending panel-retaining formations (30) adjacent an upper edge of the rim. The skirt includes a removal-assist portion which, is in the form of a hinged tab (34) integrally formed with the rim. The tab is outwardly pivotable about the hinge axis (35) for applying a lifting force to the nm to facilitate removal of the closure from a container.
L'invention concerne une fermeture pression (11) composée d'un panneau terminal circulaire (12) formé séparément, de préférence réalisé en métal, et d'une bande périphérique (13) réalisée en plastique souple, de préférence en polyoléfine thermoplastique. Le panneau terminal (12) est inséré côté supérieur dans la bande et fixé entre un rebord (32) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur, d'une paroi intérieure latérale d'une partie jupe de la bande, et une pluralité de formes (30) de retenue de panneau s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur, à côté d'un bord supérieur de la bande. La jupe comporte une partie d'aide à l'ouverture se présentant sous la forme d'un levier articulé (34) entièrement formé sur la bande. Ledit levier peut pivoter vers l'extérieur autour de l'axe d'articulation (25) de manière à appliquer une force de levage à la bande afin de faciliter le retrait de la fermeture à partir d'un contenant.
