The invention concerns multilayer composite films comprising a film or film combination (A) made up of plastic and/or metal layers in any order, having an at least 10 µm thick biaxially oriented heat-sealing layer (C), made for the greater part of polyethylene homopolymers or copolymers, which is joined to the film or film combination (A) by an adhesive or other joining layer (B).

L'invention concerne des films composites multicouches comprenant un film ou une combinaison de films (A) constitué(e) de couches de plastique et/ou de métal disposées dans un ordre quelconque, qui présentent une couche de thermoscellement (C) à orientation biaxiale d'au moins 10 µm d'épaisseur et composée principalement d'homopolymères ou de copolymères de polyéthylène. La couche de thermoscellement C est liée au film ou à la combinaison de films (A) par l'intermédiaire d'une couche adhésive ou d'une couche de liaison (B).
