The invention relates to a composite layered plate containing at least a) one fireproof layer (A) which has an intumescent mass based on an alkali metal silicate and which is applied to both sides, b) protective layers (B and B') and, c) a substrate layer (C) made of wood, plaster board, plaster or calcium silicate plates, paper, metal, plastic or an additional fireproof layer. The invention also relates to a method for the production and use thereof as a core material for a fire door.

La présente invention concerne une plaque à couche composite comprenant au moins : a) une couche ignifuge (A) contenant une masse intumescente à base d'un silicate de métal alcalin ; appliquées des deux côtés, b) des couches protectrices (B et B') ; et c) une couche substrat (C) en bois, en panneaux de fibres ou en panneaux de plâtre ou de silicate de calcium, en papier, en métal, en matière plastique ou une autre couche ignifuge.
