The invention relates to a composite material, comprising a microfilament non- woven fabric with a mass per unit surface area of 40 to 200 g/m2, whereby a non-woven fabric made from a melt-spun and drawn multi-component endless filament with a titre of 1.5 to 5 dtex is directly bonded to form a web and the multi-component endless filaments are optionally spread with and fixed to micro-endless filaments with a titre of 0.1 - 1.2 dtex, up to a degree of 80 %, by means of a prefixing process and then bonded to a thermoplastic synthetic material by means of an injection moulding process.

La présente invention concerne un matériau composite qui est constitué d'un non-tissé à microfibres, présentant un grammage qui va de 40 à 200 g/m?2¿, lié à une matière thermoplastique selon un procédé de moulage par injection. Ledit non-tissé est constitué de filaments sans fin à plusieurs composants, filés à chaud, étirés, présentant un titre allant de 1,5 à 5 dtex et directement déposés pour former un non-tissé. Les filaments sans fin à plusieurs composants sont éventuellement séparés et encollés à au moins 80 %, après pré-encollage, afin de former des microfilaments sans fin, présentant un titre allant de 0,1 à 1,2 dtex.
