Composite material consisting of inner member fixed on the inner surface of annular outer member, which is characterized in that inner surface of said outer member and outer surface of said inner member are opposed to each other with a gap between them, while a plurality of projections are provided on at least one of said inner surface and said outer surface so as to project to the other surface, and that said outer and inner members axe joined together by means of a joining means placed in said gap between said inner surface and said outer surface, and the method for obtaining the same.
