The present invention provides a composite material suitable for thermal plastic processing, and having a coating layer that includes a heat-resistant resin having a melting point or pyrolysis temperature of 150°C or more on the surface of at least one side, and preferably both sides, of a magnesium (alloy) plate. The heat-resistant resin is preferably a thermosetting resin based on polyimide. By using the composite material of the invention, processing with a high degree of processing, such as deep drawing and formation of complex ribs and bosses, can be achieved easily by thermal plastic processing. The present invention also provide a magnesium (alloy) plastic-processing product obtained by plastic processing by using the composite material.
L'invention concerne un matériau composite conçu pour être usiné par procédé plastique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une feuille de magnésium (d'alliage) à la surface de laquelle, au moins d'un côté et de préférence des deux, est formée une couche de film de revêtement comprenant une résine thermorésistante ayant un point de fusion ou une température de pyrolyse de 150 ·C ou plus; et un article en magnésium (alliage) produit par l'usinage plastique grâce à l'utilisation d'un matériau composite. La résine thermorésistante est de préférence une résine thermodurcissable à base de polyimide. L'utilisation du matériau composite permet de former aisément une feuille de magnésium par l'usinage plastique, même lorsque le formage est destiné à la production d'un article ayant une forme complexe, tel qu'une gravure profonde ou la fabrication d'une nervure ou d'une bosse.
