The invention relates to a composite material including a metal matrix in which synthetic lamellar phyllosilicated mineral particles are distributed, characterised in that the lamellar phyllosilicated mineral particles are particles also called synthetic phyllosilicated nanoparticles (6) that are mineral, silico/germano-metal, lamellar, synthetic and hydrophilic, and have an average size of between 10 nm and 1 µm. The invention also relates to a substrate that comprises a lubricating coating consisting of such a material, and to an electrolytic deposition preparation method.
L'invention concerne un matériau composite comprenant une matrice métallique au sein de laquelle sont réparties des particules minérales phyllosilicatées lamellaires, caractérisé en ce que les particules minérales phyllosilicatées lamellaires sont des particules, dites nanoparticules phyllosilicatées synthétiques (6), minérales silico/germano-métalliques lamellaires synthétiques hydrophiles présentant une dimension moyenne comprise entre 10 nm et 1 µm. Elle s'étend à un substrat portant un revêtement lubrifiant formé d'un tel matériau et à un procédé de préparation par dépôt électrolytique.
