The present invention describes a composite material based on a polymer matrix in which carbon nanotubes are dispersed, and also a process for obtaining such a material. The process of the invention is based on the use, as compatibilizer, of a block copolymer obtained by controlled radical polymerization and having at least one block bearing acid and/or anhydride functions. Such a compatibilizer makes it possible to control and optimize the interfacial interactions and thus to obtain a stable composite material that has good properties for use.

La présente invention concerne un matériau composite basé sur une matrice polymérique dans laquelle des nanotubes de carbone sont dispersées. Elle concerne également des procédés de production d'un tel matériau. Le procédé de l'invention est basé sur l'utilisation, en tant qu'agent de compatibilité, d'un copolymère séquencé obtenu par polymérisation radicalaire contrôlée et présentant au moins une séquence comportant une fonction acide et/ou anhydride. Un tel agent de compatibilité permet de contrôler et d'optimiser les interactions interfaciales et d'obtenir ainsi un matériau composite stable possédant de bonnes propriétés d'emploi.
