The invention concerns a composite material comprising a substrate having at least on one of its surfaces a primary impact-resistant layer and at least an antiabrasion coating deposited on the primary layer. The primary layer is obtained by applying on the surface to be treated a latex consisting of structured polymer particles having a domain with soft character (Tg < 20·C) and another with hard character (Tg > 50·C). Said composite material is designed for various industries such as the car industry (glazing, lights and so on), the building industry (glazing), or sanitary ware.
L'invention décrit un matériau composite comprenant un substrat ayant sur au moins une de ses faces une couche de primaire antichoc et au moins une couche de revêtement antiabrasion déposée sur la couche de primaire. La couche de primaire est obtenue par application sur la surface à traiter d'un latex constitué de particules de polymères structurées ayant un domaine à caractère "mou" (Tg < 20 ~C) et un autre à caractère "dur" (Tg > 50 ~C). Le matériau composite décrit est destiné à diverses industries telles que l'automobile (vitrage, phares...), le bâtiment (vitrage), ou le sanitaire.
