It is an object of the present invention to provide a composite product which is easy to manufacture, and is excellent in catalytic activities and mechanical strength. The object can be achieved by a composite product obtained by heating and drying a mixture of a carrier in powder form and a metal hydroxide in powder form or in molten form. Such a composite product can be manufactured by mixing a carrier in powder form and a metal hydroxide in powder form or in molten form, heating and wetting the mixture, and drying the mixture under a gas flow or under reduced pressure. It can be preferably used as the catalyst for the isomerization reaction of an olefin or for the oxidation reaction of alcohols.
La présente invention a pour objet un produit composite facile à fabriquer, possédant d'excellentes propriétés catalytiques et une excellente résistance mécanique. L'objet de la présente l'invention peut être obtenu par chauffage et séchage d'un mélange d'un vecteur sous forme de poudre et d'un hydroxyde de métal en poudre ou fondu. Un tel produit composite peut être fabriqué en mélangeant un vecteur sous forme de poudre et un hydroxyde de métal en poudre ou fondu, en chauffant et mouillant le mélange et en séchant le mélange sous un flux gazeux ou sous pression réduite. Il peut être utilisé de préférence comme catalyseur pour la réaction d'isomérisation d'une oléfine ou pour la réaction d'oxydation d'alcools.
