A composite profiled section consisting of a base profiled section (1) made of a good electro-conductive material and at least one surface layer that is joined to the base profiled section (1) and is made of a material, such as a metal anti-wear strip (19), with a high resistance to abrasion. At least one of the longitudinal edges of the anti-wear strip (19) should contain recesses (27), notches (77, 78) or compressions (82) that are at least partially filled with a connecting substance (59) or a connecting profile (11, 39, 66, 69, 74) for connection to the base profiled section (1) in a positive or non-positive fit.

Profilé composite qui comporte un profilé de base (1) constitué d'une matière à bonne conductivité électrique, et au moins un revêtement de surface relié au profilé de base (1) et constitué d'une matière fortement résistante à l'abrasion, en particulier une bande anti-usure (19) en métal. Selon la présente invention, la bande anti-usure (19) comporte sur au moins une de ses arêtes longitudinales (23) des évidements (27), des entailles (77, 78) ou des renfoncements (82). Ces évidements, entailles ou renfoncements sont remplis au moins en partie par une matière de liaison (59) ou par des éléments de liaison (11, 39, 66, 69, 74) et donc reliés par liaison de force et/ou de forme au profilé de base (1).
