The present invention is a one-part ultraviolet light and abrasion resistant pigmented surfacing film composition adapted for co-curing with an amine cured composite prepreg material using a chain extended base cycloaliphatic epoxy resin. The chain extended cycloaliphatic epoxy resin is formed through the pre-reaction of a base cycloaliphatic epoxy resin with a chain extension agent such as bisphenol and a high molecular weight elastomer in the presence of triphenyl phosphine to chain link the base cycloaliphatic epoxy resin to form a film formable cycloaliphatic resin prereact capable of low temperature curing when added to a latent amine based epoxy curing agent; an amine catalyst; at least one filler; at least one pigment; and a flow control agent to form surfacing film composition. The surfacing film composition adapted for co-curing with an amine curable composite from about 180°F to about 350°F.
La présente invention concerne une composition de film de surfaçage pigmentée à un composant résistant à la lumière ultraviolette et à l'abrasion conçue pour cuire avec un matériau composite pré-imprégné d'amine cuit au four utilisant une résine époxy cycloaliphatique de base à chaîne étendue. La résine époxy cycloalphatique de base à chaîne étendue est formée par une préréaction de la résine époxy cycloaliphatique base avec un agent d'extension de chaîne, comme le bisphénol et un élastomère de haut poids moléculaire en présence de triphényle phosphine pour lier par chaîne la résine époxy cycloaliphatique base et former un préréacteur de résine cycloaliphatique filmogène capable de cuire à basse température lorsqu'il est ajouté à un agent de cuisson d'époxy à base d'amine latente; un catalyseur aminé; au moins une matière de remplissage; au moins un pigment; et un agent de contrôle de flux pour former la composition de film de surfaçage. La composition de film de surfaçage conçue pour cuire avec un composite aminé pouvant être cuit entre environ 82 °C et 176 °C (180°F et 350°F).
