A fibreboard, insulating, wall panel includes an integral air and vapour barrier of metal foil or metallized plastic film adhered to one surface of the panel. Panels are attached to a stud wall frame. Abutting panel joints are taped to provide a continuance vapour barrier. Increased thermal and acoustic insulation as well as structural integrity of the barrier is provided by the panel.
