L'invention concerne une composition permet- tant de rendre compatibles au moins deux polymères ther- moplastiques incompatibles dont un au moins contient dans sa molécule des fonctions carboxyliques et un au moins n'en contient pas, caractérisée en ce qu'on associe une bisoxazoline ou une bisoxazine hydrogénée à un polymère maléisé compatible avec les polymères ne possédant pas de fonction carboxylique. Par mélange à l'état fondu des polymères thermoplastiques en présence de la compo- sition selon l'invention, il est possible d'obtenir de nouveaux alliages thermoplastiques tels que par exemple polyoléfines-PBT.
