The invention concerns a composition, which may be based on metal and acid salt(s) having a sulphonyl group borne by a prehalogenated carbon. Said salts are salts with elements of valence µ with µ at least equal to three comprising as co-anions at least one and not more than (µ-1) anions bearing a sulphonyl function borne by a perhalogenated atom, preferably perfluorinated, more preferably, a perfluoromethylene group (-CF¿2?-). The invention is applicable to catalysis involving electrophilic cations.

La présente invention vise une composition, qui peut être un composé à base de sel(s) de métaux et d'acide présentant un groupe sulfonyle porté par un carbone perhalogéné. Il s'agit de sels d'éléments de valence µ avec µ au moins égal à trois comportant comme co-anions au moins un et au plus (µ-1) anions porteurs d'une fonction sulfonyle portée par un atome perhalogéné, de préférence perfluoré, plus préférentiellement un groupe perfluorométhylène (- CF2-). Application à la catalyse mettant en jeu des cations électrophiles.
