A well treatment microemulsion for use in a subterranean formation is disclosed, the microemulsion comprises a solvent blend comprising a solvent and a co-solvent; a surfactant blend comprising a surfactant, wherein the surfactant blend is able to give formation intermediate wettability properties; an alcohol; and a carrier fluid; wherein the alcohol, the solvent and sur-factant blends are combined with the carrier fluid to produce the well treatment microemulsion. By intermediate wettability it is meant that the water has an advancing contact angle on the surface between 62 and 133 degrees. The associate method of treating a subterranean formation of a well with the microemulsion and the associate method of modifying the wettability of the formation with the microemulsion are also disclosed.
Linvention concerne une micro-émulsion de traitement de puits destinée à être utilisée dans une formation souterraine, la micro-émulsion comprenant un mélange de solvant comprenant un solvant et un co-solvant ; un mélange tensioactif comprenant un tensioactif, le mélange tensioactif étant capable de conférer à la formation des propriétés de mouillabilité intermédiaire ; un alcool ; et un fluide porteur, l'alcool, le mélange de solvant et le mélange tensioactif étant combinés au fluide porteur pour produire la micro-émulsion de traitement de puits. Par mouillabilité intermédiaire, il est entendu que l'eau présente un angle de contact d'avancée sur la surface compris entre 62 et 133 degrés. Linvention concerne également un procédé associé de traitement dune formation souterraine dun puits grâce à la micro-émulsion et un procédé associé de modification de la mouillabilité de la formation grâce à la micro-émulsion.
