COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING GLASS REINFORCED CEMENT PRODUCTS Abstract of the Disclosure A cement mix suitable for mixing with water to form a glass reinforced cementitious material for use in high tensile strength applications such as surface bonding of concrete blocks or the like or in the for- mation of concrete products and characterized by a resistance to degradation of the glass reinforcement by the alkaline environment of the cementitious material. The cement mix comprises a dry mixture of an inorganic cementitious binder containing at least one reactive alkali compound, glass rein- forcement fibers, and a water soluble salt of a metal selected from the group con- sisting of barium, lithium, and zinc.
