Compositions containing sustained-release fine grains characterized by comprising the sustained-release fine grains applicable to tablets quickly disintegrable in the oral cavity, one or more fillers selected from the group consisting of sugars and sugar alcohols and one or more binders for tablets quickly disintegrable in the oral cavity selected from the group consisting of sugars and water-soluble polymers having excellent molding properties and being obtained by granulating the sustained-release fine grains with the use of the filler(s) and the binder(s); tablets quickly disintegrable in the oral cavity with the use of the above compositions; and a process for producing the same.
L'invention concerne des compositions contenant des grains fins à libération prolongée. Ces compositions sont caractérisées en ce qu'elles contiennent les grains fins à libération prolongée, convenant à des comprimés à désagrégation rapide dans la cavité buccale, un ou plusieurs excipients sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué par des sucres et des alcools de sucre ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs liants pour comprimés à désagrégation rapide dans la cavité buccale, sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué par des sucres et des polymères solubles dans l'eau présentant d'excellentes propriétés de formage, et sont obtenues par granulation des grains fins à libération prolongée à l'aide du ou des excipients et du ou des liants. Cette invention concerne également des comprimés à désagrégation rapide dans la cavité buccale, obtenus à l'aide des compositions susmentionnées, ainsi qu'un procédé de production associé.
