The present invention relates to the use of iscom particles as adjuvant for preparing of an antigenic composition, which comprises live micro-organisms and/or possibly also killed micro-organisms and/or possibly also antigenic molecules. It also relates to a composition comprising at least one iscom particle and one or more livie micro~organisms and/or possibly also killed micro-organisms and/or possibly also antigenic molecules. Further, it relates to a kit of parts comprising at least one compartment containing at least one living organism and at least one compartment containing at least one iscom particle.
La présente invention se rapporte à l'utilisation de particules iscom servant d'adjuvant pour la préparation d'une composition antigène renfermant des micro-organismes vivants et/ou éventuellement des micro-organismes tués et/ou éventuellement des molécules antigènes. L'invention se rapporte également à une composition renfermant au moins une particule iscom et un ou plusieurs micro-organismes vivants et/ou éventuellement des micro-organismes tués et/ou éventuellement des molécules antigènes. L'invention se rapporte de plus à un kit de parties comportant au moins un compartiment contenant au moins un organisme vivant et au moins un compartiment contenant au moins une particule iscom.
