It is intended to provide a composition which has a high therapeutic effect on dementia and is excellent in medication compliance when therapy is carried out by concomitantly using two or more types of antidementia agents. It is intended to provide a composition which contains two or more types of antidementia agents and can fully exert an effect of concomitant use by controlling the release of the antidementia agents from the composition. Further, it is intended to provide a composition which can improve medication compliance by reducing the number of doses or amount of each dose and a method of producing the same. The composition contains two or more types of antidementia agents. The composition contains at least one sustained-release portion containing an antidementia agent. The composition contains at least one cholinesterase inhibitor and at least one N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist.

L'invention permet d'obtenir une composition à haut effet thérapeutique sur la démence et excellente du point de vue de l'observance thérapeutique quand la thérapie est pratiquée en utilisant concomitamment au moins deux types d'agents anti-démence.
