A composition which comprises: at least one flavan compound selected between a proanthocyanidine and a catechin; a peptide formed by protein decomposition which has an average molecular weight less than 7,000; and a peptide or protein having an average molecular weight of 7,000 or higher. In the composition, the flavan compound produces its intact effect on the living body. When the composition is formulated into a liquid preparation, it suffers neither the coagulation/sedimentation attributable to the nature of the flavan compound itself nor the coagulation/sedimentation with the high-molecular peptide or protein which is attributable to the protein-constricting property of the flavan compound.

L'invention concerne une composition laquelle comprend : au moins un composé du flavane sélectionné entre une proanthocyanidine et une catéchine ; un peptide formé par décomposition de protéine lequel a un poids moléculaire moyen inférieur à 7000 ; et un peptide ou une protéine ayant un poids moléculaire moyen supérieur ou égal à 7 000. Dans la composition, le composé du flavane produit son effet intact sur le corps vivant. Lorsque la composition est formulée sous forme d'une préparation liquide, elle ne souffre ni de la coagulation/sédimentation attribuable à la nature du composé du flavane lui-même ni de la coagulation/sédimentation avec le peptide ou la protéine de poids moléculaire élevé qui est attribuable à la propriété d'étranglement des protéines du composé du flavane.
