The invention relates to a rubber composition that can be used for the tread of a winter tyre and has a high grip on melting ice, and that comprises at least one dienic elastomer such as natural rubber and/or a polybutadiene, more than 30 pce of a liquid plasticizing agent, between 50 and 150 pce of a reinforcement load such as silica and/or carbon black, and between 4 and 50 pce of wheat semolina. The invention also relates to the use of such a composition for making treads for winter tyres, and to the treads and the tyres themselves.
Composition de caoutchouc utilisable comme bande de roulement d'un pneumatique hiver, à adhérence élevée sur glace fondante, comportant au moins un élastomère diénique tel que du caoutchouc naturel et/ou un polybutadiène, plus de 30 pce d'un agent plastifiant liquide, entre 50 et 150 pce d'une charge renforçante telle que silice et/ou noir de carbone et entre 5 et 40 pce de microparticules de semoule de blé. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'une telle composition pour la fabrication de bandes de roulement de pneumatiques hiver, ainsi que ces bandes de roulement et pneumatiques eux-mêmes.
