ABSTRACT The invention relates to a plaster board con- stituting an effective protection against fire, whose faces are covered with a reinforcing material based on thread and/or fibres of mineral and/or refractory material. The core of this board is made of plaster, mineral and/or refractory fibres, silica and talc and/or mica. The core of the plaster board optionally also com- prises aluminium hydroxide and/or expanded vermiculite.
