The invention concerns a composition for producing a running surface layer or capping layer, in particular for roads or industrial floors. Said composition comprises a non-modified bitumen emulsion, a hydraulic binder, aggregates and optionally water. Said composition is characterised in that: its hydraulic binder content C1 ranges between 12 wt. % and 30 wt. % relative to the total weight of the dry constituents of the composition; the ratio R1 of the sum of bitumen volumes and hydraulic binder over the volume of aggregates ranges between 20 % and 150 %; the non-modified bitumen emulsion comprises at least a non-ionic surfactant. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said composition and its use for producing a running surface layer or capping layer.

L'invention concerne une composition permettant de réaliser une couche ou sous-couche de roulement, notamment pour chaussées ou sols industriels. Cette composition comprend une émulsion de bitume non modifié, un liant hydraulique, des agrégats et éventuellement de l'eau, et elle se caractérise en ce que: - sa teneur en C1 en liant hydraulique est comprise entre 12% et 30% en poids par rapport au poids de l'ensemble des constituants secs de la composition; - le rapport R1 de la somme des volumes de bitume et de liant hydraulique sur le volume d'agrégats est compris entre 20% et 150%; - l'émulsion de bitume non-modifié comprend au moins un tensio-actif non ionique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de cette composition ainsi que son utlisation pour la réalisation d'une couche ou sous-couche de roulement.
