The purpose of the invention is a composition for fire fighting, characterised in that it includes at least a first compound in the form of a vegetable derived powder, soluble in cold water and thickening; a second compound in the form of a vegetable derived powder, insoluble in cold water but thickening and retaining water in hot water or in the presence of steam; a third compound including at least one agent encouraging the Maillard reaction of at least the first and/or the second compounds, and water. The invention also relates to formulations of said composition.
L'objet de l'invention est une composition pour lutter contre le feu, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins : un premier composé sous forme de poudre, d'origine végétale, hydro soluble dans l'eau froide et épaississant; un deuxième composé sous forme de poudre, d'origine végétale, insoluble dans l'eau froide mais épaississant et rétenteur d'eau dans l'eau chaude ou en présence de vapeur d'eau; un troisième composé comprenant au moins un agent favorisant la réaction de Maillard des au moins premier et/ou deuxième composés; et de l'eau. L'invention couvre aussi des formulations de ladite composition.
