A method of potentiating the immunity of mammals and promoting the growth thereof without causing any troubles in safety, working properties, etc. By administering proteins containing phosphorylated amino acids such as CPP to mammals, the immunity of the mammals is potentiated, the resistance thereof against infectious diseases is strengthened and factors inhibiting the growth thereof are eliminated, thereby promoting the growth of the mammals. Since the administration of proteins containing phosphorylated amino acids brings about increases in IgA and IgG, infectious diseases can be prevented by adding these proteins to appropriate foods or food materials and thus continuously giving to humans. Similarly, dog, cat, etc. can be prevented from infectious diseases by adding these substances to pet foods.
L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant de potentialiser l'immunité de mammifères et d'accélérer leur croissance sans générer de problèmes dans les propriétés d'innocuité et de fonctionnement, etc. En administrant à des mammifères des protéines contenant des acides amino phosphorylés telles que des CCP, l'immunité des mammifères est potentialisée, leur résistance aux maladies infectieuses est renforcée et les facteurs inhibant leur croissance sont éliminés, tout ceci permettant d'accélérer la croissance de mammifères. Du fait que l'administration de protéines contenant des acides amino phosphorylés entraîne l'augmentation d'IgA et d'IgG, il est possible de prévenir les maladies infectieuses en ajoutant ces protéines à des aliments appropriés et en les administrant en permanence à l'homme. De manière similaire, il est également possible de prévenir les maladies infectieuses chez les chiens, les chats, etc., en ajoutant ces substances aux aliments pour animaux.
