A composition, or the like, for inhibiting the expression of target gene. There is provided a composition, or the like, comprising an RNA-enclosing liposome composed of a composite particle, the composite particle composed of a lead particle and RNA containing a sequence of continuous 15 to 30 bases of mRNA of target gene or a sequence complementary to the sequence, and a lipid membrane covering the composite particle, which liposome is filled with a liquid containing a polar organic solvent in which constituents of the lipid membrane are soluble wherein the polar organic solvent is contained in such a concentration that the lipid membrane constituents are dispersible and that also the composite particle is dispersible.
La présente invention propose une composition, ou un produit similaire, destinée à inhiber l'expression d'un gène cible. Cette composition ou ce produit similaire comprend un liposome composé d'une particule composite formée à partir d'une particule de tête et d'un ARN contenant une séquence de 15 à 30 bases continues de l'ARNm du gène cible, ou une séquence complémentaire de cette séquence, et une membrane lipidique recouvrant la particule composite. Ce liposome est empli d'un liquide contenant un solvant organique polaire dans lequel les constituants de la membrane lipidique sont solubles, la concentration du solvant organique polaire étant telle que les constituants de la membrane lipidique sont dispersables et que la particule composite est elle aussi dispersable.
